Fees for Tax Services
Pricing subject to change, adjusted to meet individual clients’ unique needs and discounted when multiple services utilized. We work with all clients to determine how we can work together to meet their tax and accounting needs at a price they can afford. Fees are determined and agreed upon once ALL information is received and prior to beginning any work. Tax preparation fees do not include audit support.
How our fees work: We provide upfront pricing which means you will know and agree to our fee prior to us beginning any work or you making any commitment. Once we have all material information required to prepare the return, our fee is calculated based upon your unique tax needs. Factors that determine the final fee calculation include the time it will take to prepare, review and finalize the return, as well as the complexity of the services needed. We require 50% of the fee prior to beginning any work and the balance when you sign the return and we provide you with a copy. We DO NOT offer refund anticipation loans.

Hourly Services
Enrolled Agent (EA) $125 per hour (two hour minimum)
Consultation $125 per hour (two hour minimum)
$125 for up to 1 hour of time with EA
IRS Resolution & Audit Support $135 per hour (two-hour minimum)
Federal or State Correspondence $125 per hour (two hour minimum)
This fee does not apply to current clients for tax years we were engaged for.

***We can provide an initial pricing estimate for your convenience, but the EXACT fee can only be determined once we have ALL documents before any work begins***
Personal Federal Income Tax Preparation
Minimum Fee is $150 (includes single filer with one W-2)
1040 return and related statements, including cost of e-filing or mailing (does not include audit support)
Additional W-2
Minimum fee for each additional W-2 is $10
Personal Federal Income Tax Preparation with Schedule C or E (Business or Rental)
Minimum Fee is $385

Minimum fee for each additional Schedule C or E is $75

Filings for Up to 5 Contractors – ($10 for each additional contractor) (does not include audit support)
NOTE: these fees do not include bookkeeping services.
There are additional fees for maintaining clients’ QuickBooks accounts, importing bank transactions, preparing bank reconciliations, examining bank statements, and sorting various documents and receipts in order to prepare the financial statements (Income Statement & Balance Sheet). This is required to prepare complete and accurate tax returns for businesses. This additional will be separately stated. This is where we can work with you to minimize fees and give you options to make this easier and more affordable for you. We provide tax basic bookkeeping services in-house.

We maintain books and bookkeeping records in our office, client receives detailed reports

Factors that determine the final fee calculation include the time it will take to complete the project, as well as the complexity of the services needed. Small businesses starting at $675 per quarter – the average per quarter $675 – $2,000
Annual Review and Reconciliation
Small businesses starting at $900 – average per tax year is $1,500 – $3,600
